Pink Ointment is a topical antibiotic cream for the treatment of superficial infection of teats and black spot in dairy cows.

Description:

Topical antibiotic for the treatment of superficial infection of teats and black spot in dairy cows.

Nil withholding, sticks well.

Pink Ointment can only be sold for use on animals following a veterinary prescription only.

Contains:

Sulphanilamide, Calamine, Zinc Oxide, Parrafin oil and Lanolin.

Benefits:

Pink ointment is great at sticking on to the teats long enough to have an effect. The antibiotic component’s reduce the bacterial infection and the emollient softens and helps to enable granulation and repair of the damaged tissue with Calamine for a soothing effect.

Packaging:

150gm tube.

Indications:

For the treatment of superficial infection of teats and black spot in dairy cows.

Dosage:

Smear over affected area after each milking until lesion has dried up. Recommended to use on teat lesion for a week and re asses, the use of Pink Ointment should always be in combination with a through discussion as to what the primary cause of the teat end lesions is to prevent re occurrence.

Withholding:

Nil with holding

(It is recommended you wipe the teat before the next milking and that Pink ointment is applied after milking.)
